Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14º, the Encruzado in French oak barrels. Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels using the batonnage process. With a bright citrine yellow color, mineral notes, freshness of white-fleshed fruits, a slight citrus touch. Good volume and freshness on the palate, excellent acidity, with good persistence. Intense, long and persistent finish.

Grape varieties: Encruzado and Malvasia Fina.
