Pale in colour, with orange hues and greenish undertones. A wine of great aromatic complexity, featuring wild honey, notes of orange, caramel and cinnamon. Lively and concentrated on the palate, very fresh and elegant. A silky, long and sweet finish with hints of spice.

It can be paired with dried fruits, such as apricots and raisins. Serve slightly chilled, at between 12 and 13°C, in a suitable glass.
