La Volée Blanc de Noirs Brut sparkling wine is produced exclusively from the Baga grape variety, from a vineyard over 40 years old, situated in the clay-limestone soils of the Bairrada region. This soil, typical of the area, gives the grape a natural acidity and an ideal structure for the production of sparkling wines with long aging potential.

Tasting Notes: Fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, notes of brioche and delicate red fruit. Elegant structure and dry finish.
