Reserva 51 Rara cachaça is a spirit distilled from the finest varieties of sugarcane, aged in American oak barrels and finished in European oak barrels that were previously used to produce South America’s most complex wines. The result of all this hard work and dedication is a cachaça with a golden, intense and brilliant colour, and an extraordinarily rich, velvety and smooth palate, complemented by notes of red fruits and a hint of vanilla.
