Cold pre-maceration for 24 hours, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled cement vats, aged in French oak barrels for 6 years, followed by 1 year of aging in vats, and a further 1 year of bottle aging. Unfiltered.

It presents a garnet color, very well-defined black fruit, notes of toasted cocoa and vanilla pod, minerals and spices. Complex and very elegant. Full-bodied and textured with perfect acidity and elegant tannins. Long, serious and focused finish.
