After settling, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats. In some vintages, a small proportion is fermented in barrels. Aged on the fine lees.

Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine has an almost imperceptible but very clean aroma. On the palate, it is more expressive and full-bodied, with fresh notes of apple and peach; it is well-balanced and appealing.
