The Grenache underwent a 24-hour cold pre-maceration, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled cement vats.
It has a ruby color. Aromas of ripe red fruits, minerals, notes of cocoa and spices. Very well-balanced on the palate, dry tannins well integrated with exceptional acidity and a great finish.
