With the desire to innovate, we chose the “Subtil Infusion”, a mixture of bay leaves, walnut leaves and beautiful light, to create this pioneering wine. The Infusões com História team prepared the infusion to fill a French oak barrel. Transferred cold to the barrel, the infusion remained in contact with the wood for two weeks, flavoring it.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow. Intense and richly complex aroma, with notes of stone fruit and white pulp, well integrated with herbal notes of bay leaves and thyme. Fragrant, intense and subtly marked by a soft toast. In the mouth, it is broad, textured and well balanced by a medium but vertical acidity. Long, youthful and perfumed finish.
