Gentle pressing of whole bunches, fermentation at 17ºC and "sur Lies" stage in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Intense, young and fruity nose. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and with a strong fruity flavor.

Encosta do Sobral is a property in the Tomar sub-region, located in the northernmost vineyards of the Tagus, which is distinguished by its schist land. With 70 hectares of vineyards, it is privileged for its geographical location and unique landscape.
