Winemaking Process: Port with velvety and elegant style acquired by Taylor’s characteristic natural ageing conditions. Entirely produced from grapes grown on thir own farms, Taylor’s is one of the few remaining Houses that still produces a 40 Years Old Tawny wine. Only small amounts of this wine are produced. Decades of evaporation and ageing in wood concentrated this wine, until it was almost turn into an essence, creating intense and complex dried fruit and spices aromas of a dense and concentrated palate, full of mellow and complex flavours.
