Chouriço is one of the star products of Portuguese gastronomy. It has an active, persistent aroma and an intense flavor. It is a Chorizo piece with a consistent but very tender texture, a 100% traditional product.

Ingredients

Pork (85%), wine (contains sulphites), pig's blood, water, granulated garlic, vegetable protein, spices, emulsifiers (E451), antioxidants (E331, E301, E300), preservatives (E250). Natural beef tripe. Smoked with holm oak wood.

May contain traces of gluten and lactose.
