Seara d’Ordens Vintage 2009 was made from the best grapes of the Seara d’Ordens quinta. In the vinification fase, the desengace is made for 50%, and then the process of fermentation happens, in the stainless steel vats. In the end the wine is stored for 12 months in large barrels.
