Sandeman Tawny is the result of the region's best grape varieties, such as Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão.
The wine is placed in oak barrels, where it remains aging, developing for a few years its unique style and complex aromas. This is a fruity and sophisticated Tawny, sublime when served slightly fresh as appetizer or with foie gras, pate or seafood. It also pairs very well with delicious desserts like apple pie or crème brûlée.
Sandeman Tawny does not need decantation, which means it is ready to be enjoyed. Once opened, this Port should be drinked within 8 weeks.
