Made using the "traditional method" from the Alfrocheiro red grape variety, hand-harvested on the Ravasqueira hill.

On the palate it is complex, with a lively acidity and very fine bubbles, with notes of candied fruit and biscuit.

Serve at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
