Quinta do Noval Silval Vintage 2007

Grapes of Origin:
Mainly harvested in Quinta do Noval vineyard but also come from 'A-' rated vineyards located in the heart of the Douro Valley.

WIinemaking Process:
All the grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the wine and then, during fermentation, they are again pressed in traditional stone mills.

Ageing Process:
It is aged for 18 months in seasoned wooden casks.
