Lemon-yellow in color, it displays fine, persistent bubbles. The aromas are fruity and fresh-  characteristic of the Arinto grape variety. The palate reveals a delicate balance between acidity and alcohol. Some mineral notes and a pleasant complexity, as well as a long finish.
