Description

Iberian Black Pork Sausage, in a whole piece, with an unmistakable flavor that marks generations. It is a smooth and very juicy piece, with a delicate flavor. Handcrafted by experts and prepared according to traditions. The extreme quality of the meat results in exceptional flavor, tenderness and juiciness, something common across the entire range of Pata Negra sliced meats.

Ingredients

Black Iberian pork meat, milk and milk protein, salt, humectant (e 420i), dextrin, dextrose, spices, soy protein, acidity correctors (e 575, e 331), aroma, emulsifiers (e 450i, e 452i , and 451i), antioxidants (and 301, and 392), preservatives (and 252, and 250), dye (and 120). Inedible tripe.
Contains milk derivatives and soy proteins.

Characteristics

Store in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight. Maximum temperature of 18ºC.
As a vacuum-packed product, it is recommended to open the package 15 minutes before consumption, so that it recovers its characteristics.
