A sparkling wine produced exclusively from the red grapes of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz varieties. An excellent Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, robust yet delicate.

Fermentation of the must at 15°C. Obtained from the direct pressing of the grapes. The second fermentation was carried out using the Champagne method with free-floating yeasts, followed by ageing on the fine lees for 12 months.
