This wine is produced from clay soils. The result is captivating for its intensity, offering a flavourful and refreshing profile.

The grapes are gently pressed, followed by a cold settling process. The juice is transferred to temperature-controlled vats, where it is fermented at 14–16°C.

Good body, salty and a very fresh finish with bright lemon notes and greenish highlights.
