Dark golden in colour, the nose reveals notes of candied citrus fruit, curry, dried herbs and toasted almonds. On the palate, the toffee notes detected on the nose reappear, combined with a spicy, peppery sensation.

With a pleasant sweetness combined with a rich acidity, it reveals a long, smooth finish, with notes of spices and dried fruit coming to the fore.
