Black Chouriço is in itself one of Portugal's gastronomic jewels, with its characteristic texture and flavor. Chouriço Preto Serrano is the flavor of Serra da Estrela with all the tradition.
Ingredients
Pig fat (76%), pig blood, wine (contains sulphites), onion (1.9%), salt, spices, garlic, vegetable protein (pea), emulsifier (E451), antioxidants (E331, E301, E300 ), preservative (E250). Stuffed in natural bovine intestine. Smoked with holm oak wood.
