Description

The authenticity of Iberian Black Pork Fine Chorizo - a cured sausage with an exceptional flavor. Made from premium selection of Iberian black pork and seasoned with spices and salt, each piece is carefully cured for 20 to 30 days to reach its fullness of flavor. With a characteristic smell and flavor, each piece is a sensorial journey into culinary tradition.

Ingredients

• Iberian Black Pork Fine Chorizo: Black Pork, paprika paste (red peppers and salt), sugars (dextrose and lactose), modified starch, emulsifiers (E450 and E452), DAIRY PROTEINS, antioxidants (E300, E331, E575) , sodium chloride, garlic paste, red pepper, virgin olive oil, water, salt, preservatives (E250, E252). Stuffed in natural casing. May contain LACTOSE and SULFITES.
• Fine Black Chorizo from Iberian Black Pork: Black Pork (88%), Fat (12%), blood, water (5%), virgin olive oil, salt (18%), spices, sodium chloride, preservatives (E250 and E252), antioxidants (E330, E331 and E575), dextrose, LACTOSE, modified starch, emulsifiers (E450 and E452) and DAIRY PROTEINS. Stuffed in natural casing. Contains LACTOSE.
• Farinheira Fina de Pork Ibérico: WHEAT FLOUR (contains GLUTEN), water, black pork fat, coarse salt, pepper paste (red peppers and salt), sodium chloride, emulsifiers (E450 and E451), sugar, antioxidants (E301 and E331), preservatives (E250 and E451), red pepper, garlic paste (garlic, salt and garlic paste compound) and ground white pepper.
