A creamy and mineral wine, with a smooth profile, aromas of tropical fruits and a touch of pepper that adds complexity to the wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, it aged in the bottle in a 19th-century cellar for 4 years, at which time it reached the desired minerality and complexity.
