Sencha Green Tea is known for its slightly bitter, sweet and toasted taste. It is a very aromatic tea, made with the youngest and tenderest leaves, and therefore more aromatic and with a more intense flavor. The leaves are lightly steamed, rolled and cooled on the guidelines according to the Japanese special process Sencha.

Preparation: 1. Place 3 to 4 teaspoons per liter of water in a glass or porcelain teapot. 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. 3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time. 4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
