RUBY RESERVE

It is an excellent wine to accompany a dessert or after meal. A good option for an end of a meal rich in sweet desserts with red fruits, fruit pies or a selection of various strong and creamy cheeses.

HOW TO STORE

Ruby, being wines that do not age in the bottle, should be stored with the bottle standing in cool places without direct illumination, with optimum temperature 16 º C – 18 º C and a humidity of 65 to 75% to prevent the cork from drying out and lose its elasticity. Ruby and Ruby Reserve should not be kept for more than 3 to 4 weeks, properly secured, so they can be appreciated in the best condition when opened.
