ROSÉ PORT WINE
AN EXCITING PORT
The Rose Port Wine is an innovative, fresh, aromatic, vibrant and at the same time, distinct wine. These wines should, by their character, be served cold, at temperatures between 8 and 10 º C, or with ice. They are the ideal partner for hot days – a unique and refreshing drink that can be combined and savored in various cocktails. Let yourself be carried away by this new and absolutely tantalizing experience.
After a hot summer afternoon, in the company of friends or on a hot summer night, try this young and unique wine – a real temptation.
Grapes Varieties: The hardness of soil and harsh climate, along with harsh winters and scorching summers, cause most varieties to be traditional and native to the region, and therefore, rarely found elsewhere. The best-known red grape varieties are Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cão and Touriga Francesa, in over thirty varieties, which contribute to the longevity of the vines and allow for more sugar and color concentrated grape must.
