Description
After carefully cultivating the cherries at the Mortões estate in the Serra da Gardunha region, we proceed with the meticulous fermentation and subsequent alchemical distillation at Quinta do Espinho, in the Serra da Estrela region.
Kirsch is the official, international term for the brandy obtained from the distillation of cherries. The brandy is aged in oak barrels.
