The must is pressed in a pneumatic press and malolactic fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels, where it ages for 6 months.
With a ruby color, it is an elegant wine with red fruit and vanilla notes on the nose; on the palate it is round, easy and balanced.
Grape varieties: Castelão and Touriga Nacional
