Niepoort Vintage 2000 is a quite balanced, elegant and aromatic Port wine. It features aromas of dark and ripe fruits and slight hints of persimmons and black pepper. Intense and full bodied with a long and rich aftertaste.

This Port is produced with “stepped” by foot grapes that is then placed in large wooden vats and oak barrels in the Niepoort cellars. It is a wine that just after its bottling can be drinked, but it is in 2015 that it will become more complex and aromatic. It is a wine from the Pisca, Vale do Pinhão and Ferrão vineyards.
