HOW TO SERVE: Should be served at a temperature between 15º C and 17º C – This wine should be decanted. STORING: This wine can be consumed once bottled, but can improve and mature in bottle for several years. The bottle should rest horizontally in cool, dark place. Once opened, it wine should be consumed in the following 10 days if properly packaged. HOW TO ENJOY: This wine goes well with – dried fruit, a chocolate dessert and hard cheeses such as Cheddar or goat cheese, or end of a meal. Try yourself!
