Citrine-colored wine with an intense aroma of citrus fruits and apricot. Light minerality, light toastiness, spiciness, and floral notes. Spicy, full-bodied, and unctuous on the palate with breadth and freshness. A very pleasant and enriching finish.
Crushing and gentle pressing, followed by defecation. Fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 15ºC.
