Sublinhado is the contribution to Mr António, the company's longest-serving employee who, on seeing the aerial images of the vineyards, called the outline of the vine lines Sublinhado. Here, the terroir of one of the coolest vineyards in the Tagus region is revealed. Very intense ruby colour, balsamic aromas and ripe fruit reminiscent of blueberries and blackberries. On the palate, it's a full-bodied wine with persistent tannins and a long finish.
Goes well with red meat dishes, sausages and mature cheeses. Serve at 16ºC
