Thanks to the excellent weather conditions of the Alentejo plains, which allow the grapes harvested in November to overripen, this late harvest is born. Fermentation is slow, at low temperatures and interrupted to keep the sweet origins present. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Long and persistent aftertaste. 

Goes well with desserts.
