On the nose, the aroma is slightly resinous, pine, light citrus, sea air and soft notes of honey, in the mouth there is some salinity, a touch of citrus and a balanced bitterness and acidity. In the aftertaste a slight sweetness that contrasts with acidity and makes it very interesting. Distilled in small batches of just 500 liters. All distillation is carried out using copper equipment made manually by artisans, using ancestral techniques. Distilled 4 times and using premium grain alcohol and only with Portuguese botanicals such as juniper, angelica root, lemon and orange blossom, where the main ingredient stands out, shrimp from Cortegaça beach, in Ovar, in the north of Portugal, making it a unique premium dry gin in the world.
