Paio is a traditional Portuguese sausage. Its characteristic color and velvety texture highlight the high quality of Paio Serrano, made using artisanal methods from Serra da Estrela.

Pork fat, water, wheat flour (contains gluten), corn flour, red pepper paste, salt, spices, antioxidants (E301, E331), preservatives (E250). Natural beef tripe.
