Pêra-Manca dates back to the 17th century. XV and the first harvest was produced in 1990. This wine was made from grapes of the Arinto and Antão Vaz varieties, partially vinified in French oak barrels and stainless steel tank; The entire batch aged for 12 months on fine lees, followed by another 12 months of aging in the bottle.
