Aged oxidatively in 550-liter barrels, it has a yellow-orange hue. On the nose, it presents delicate aromas of caramelized dried fruits. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with a long and persistent finish. Perfect to accompany desserts with dried fruits, caramel, crème brûlée and soft cheeses.
