Vista Alegre Harvest 2003 comes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela and Sousão. The grapes are harvested manually, and after that they are crushed by foot in granit mills. The fermentation process is made with the controled temperature, and it is only interrupted in order to add wine spirit. The ageing process ocurred in the oak barrels for 7 years.
