Ramos Pinto Quinta da Ervamoira Vintage 2009 is a very expressive and intense Port Wine.
Considered a healthy year, with little or no pesticide treatments, it originated this Vintage Port of remarkable harmony and perfect balance, with a bright colour, from deep red to purple reflections.
Red fruits are the predominance of this wine, such as raspberry and strawberry, without missing the rock rose notes and cedar balsamics.
The ideal maturation degree allowed the constitution of satin and voluptuous tannins.

Ramos Pinto Quinta da Ervamoira Vintage 2009 is a Port Wine that respects the original concept of a traditional Vintage of this House, but that is only produced with grapes form a single farm, Quinta da Ervamoira.
Winemaking process:
Trodden by foot in the wine mill, fermentation lasts 4 to 5 days, producing an excellent extract.
Ageing Period:
Aged for 24 months in oak casks and then bottles for several years.

55% Touriga Nacional ; 30% Tintas Franca; 15% Tinta Roriz
