Considered a Single among the farms Vintages, it is an award-winning wine, holder of a bronze, silver and gold medals.
Extraordinarily elegant and complex aroma, under which emanates aromas of eucalyptus, rock rose, red and wild berry ripe fruit, such as strawberries and blackberry, and chocolate aromas, and cedar balsamic notes.
Soft tannins give it a satin touch and a haughty persistence.

Ramos Pinto Quinta da Ervamoira Vintage 2007
In the Douro Superior, the 2007 summer began by being fresh, allowing a slow and gradual ripening of the Quinta da Ervamoira grapes, which reached the ideal state with the rise in temperature in early September.
The perfect ripening of the grapes enabled an ideal level of acidity and sugar, creating an extraordinarily balanced wine.
Winemaking process:
Trodden by foot in the wine mill, fermentation lasts 4 to 5 days, producing an excellent extract.
Ageing Period:
Aged for 24 months in oak casks and then in bottles for several years.
