The White Port wines are considered excellence appetizers, which on average have about three years of aging, allowing a very balanced sweetness and a fruity aroma, which is evidenced when the wine is fresh. Dalva White is a Port with a deep yellow colour and rich aromas of fruits in syrup, baked apple and dried flowers, revealing itself on the palate a full bodied wine with a sweet and envolving aftertaste.

In the wine cellar is recommended to keep this Port Wine with the bottle standing up in a dry, cool and dark place so that its qualities remain unchanged. Must be serve chilled as an aperitif before a meal or in the end of same with caramel and vanilla desserts, or enjoyed by itself. Winemaker: José Manuel Sousa Soares.
