Offley LBV or Late Bottled Vintage Port is a reflection of the quality and excellence of the Offley House style.
It is a vibrant red ruby color, its aroma is complex and it emphasizes its spicy character of spices, like pepper and clove, balsamic notes of resin, cedar and soft fruity notes, where it stands out aromas of ripe red fruits.
On the palate, is a full-bodied wine, structured and with an acidity well balanced acidity with the sweetness of ripe red fruits. The finish is persistent and elegant.
Enjoy your simple LBV or pair it with cheeses and delicious chocolate desserts or fresh fruit.
A Late Bottled Vintage is a very special wine. Since it comes from a single harvest, it presents unique characteristics of that year.
The Offley LBV is a Port of great elegance and quality. It is bottled between the 4th and 6th year after the harvest. It can be enjoyed immediatly or for those who prefer to enjoy a Port with aromas of gradual complexity, it can be enjoyed after aging some time in the bottle.
After a few years, it can storage deposits at the bottom of the bottle, so it is recommended to be decanted before served.
In order for your LBV to maintain its properties intact, it is recommended to store the bottle lying down in a place protected from sunlight and at a temperature that does not vary from 16ºC and 18ºC.
This is a Vintage Port for early consumption, a wine full of blackberry aromas and a floral touch; a second, very intense Fonseca's wine. A good alternative that you will wish to find out for yourself. Bottled in 2000
Croft Vintage Port 2007
This is a fragrant Port wine with black cherry and violet aromas and a touch of eucalyptus.

Dow's Senhora da Ribeira Vintage Magnum 1998 is a Port Wine that reunites all the characteristics of a classic Vintage Dow's, absolutely black, with a slight ruby edge.
