Dalva Vintage 2009 Port
This wine presents itself with a reddish colour with aromas of fresh fruit and strong tannins. This collection represents 10% of the total production of a year, using only top-quality grapes. This wine is very full-bodied and has a deep colour. The Vintage age two and a half years before being bottled and at least three to four years, should grow old in the bottle before being served, followed by another ten to thirty years to achieve the perfect point of evolution and complexity.
Dalva Vintage 2009 is a Port Wine with a dark purple colour, delicate aromas of blackberry jam, raisins and dark chocolate. Is a vigorous and powerful wine with polished and well integrated tannins, providing a powerful and spicy aftertaste. This Wine must be kept in a upright position in a cool and dark place, slowly evolving in the bottle over several decades. This Vintage Dalva should be served slightly cool, between 16 and 18° C. It is perfect to be drinked by itself, with strong cheeses, dark chocolate, almond tart, foi gras or red meats.
