Dalva Harvest 1999 Port
An harvest Port is a wine produced from batches of wine from a single harvest, which is aged in oak casks for about seven years, being then bottled. It has complex and deep aromas and flavours of marmalade fruits and spices that are typical from this Dalva 1999 Harvest.
The Harvest Ports are wines that with the time tend to aquire flavours of dried fruit, cinnamon and coffee, without ever losing its freshness and elegance. To preserve the qualities of this wine, it is necessary to keep the bottle standing up in a cool and dark place. It is recommended to be served slightly cool as an appetizer, or at the end of a meal to with a dessert. Winemaker: José Manuel Sousa Tavares.
