Caldas White Port
Wine is a wine that does not fulfill the tradition of the stage in wood to prevent the olfactory notes of the oak casks and the respective tannins. The stage process passes through the stainless steel tank which allows a controlled oxidation so that the wine gains complexity and character. It is distinguished by the amazing aroma of caramel and maple syrup, notes of apricot and orange peel. Very velvety and amber.
A White Port vinified with Red Port, giving it a more intense and more complex aroma, providing a larger volume of mouth and a more intense colour. Awards: Maximum Ranking in Decanter Magazine. Gold Medal – Berliner Wein Trophy.
