Caldas Tawny Port Special Reserve
Caldas Porto Tawny Special Reserve features caramel and toffee balsam, nuances of spices and dried figs. With a strong temperament but simultaneously soft and balanced, it proporcionates a harmonious and long finish on the mouth.
Caldas Porto Tawny Special Reserve is a copper colour wine. Regarding the winemaking, is carried out the fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 24-28ºc for 3 to 4 days gives it a robust and sustained structure and unique aromas. The fermentation is interrupted with grape brandy at 77º V / V. A Port that stays eight years in old oak casks. Prizes: Producer of the Year in Portugal in 2006 and 1999.
