This high quality port is made from the traditional grape varieties of the rio douro valley. It possesses an berry aroma, mixed with an elegant and intense flavor of fruits and tannins, with a long and complex ending. It‘s perfect to serve with some blue or creamy cheeses, chocolat or desset.

Poças Vintage 1999 Port is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão e Tinta Barroca grape varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand, and then they are transported in 30 kg trays. The ripening of the wine happens in the wooden vats. The aging occurred in the oak barrels. This wine was bottled without any type of filtration between the 2nd and the 3rd year after the harvest.
