Poças Vintage 1985 Port is produced from, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Cão. This porto is made only in special years, The grapes are harvested manually, and then they are transported in the 30kg trays. The meceration of wine, is long, and it is only interrupted to add grape brandy. The process of ageing is made in wood vats.
