Poças 40 Years Tawny Port Wine is an sophisticated drink, made with great care from the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca e Tinta Cão grape varieties. The grapes were harvested manually, and then they were crushed by foot in the granitic mill. The subsequent meceration process was long, and was only interrupted in order to add brandy. This majestic wine is a result of the mixture of the best porto wines, aged in the oak barrels.
