This Tawny is produced according to the traditional method of the Port Wine. The wine is shipped to the Offley cellars at Vila Nova de Gaia, where it is placed for aging in oak wood casks.
For the production of the final batch of this Offley Barão de Forrester 30 Years Tawny, are selected the best wines with an average age between 25 and 40 years, that are blended to result in this sublime 30 year old Tawny.
Once opened the bottle, it should be enjoyed within 2-3 months. You can enjoy all its richness and complexity as digestive or to pair with a coffee, desserts with nuts and caramel or intense cheeses.
